Shipping Policy

We ship only within Colombia. Orders are prepared in one (1) business day, and shipping is currently free.

• Shipping costs for purchases made on the website will be covered by AHUMADORES SANTO CARBÓN.
• When enabled in the store, you can also pay online through Wompi or Mercado Pago. Available options may change depending on the store's active settings.
• We accept cash on delivery only in the city of Medellín, Col.

We work with Envía, Interrapidísimo, Coordinadora, and Agilex.

We work with shipping carriers and are therefore subject to their delivery times and conditions.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday until 5:00pm. If an order is placed after that time, it will be shipped the following day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Order preparation takes one (1) business day.

• Delivery times within the city of Medellín and its metropolitan area will be 3 to 5 business days.
• Delivery times to other destinations within Colombia will be 7 to 10 business days.

These times are subject to the carriers' conditions and operations.

When your order ships, you will receive the corresponding tracking information by email or WhatsApp so you can track it.

You will also receive emails when your order status changes and can check its progress through a private link.
