By browsing, requesting a quote, or making a purchase at ahumadoressantocarbon.com, you accept these terms and the policies published on the site. The site is operated by SANTO CARBON AHUMADORES SAS, NIT (tax ID) 901672004-0, with its registered address at Cl. 46 #40-71, Medellín, Antioquia.

We offer steel barrel smokers and accessories. Each product's information, specifications, price, and availability must be reviewed before completing the purchase.

Prices are listed in Colombian pesos (COP) and include VAT. We sell and ship only within Colombia.

The available purchase and payment options depend on which options Ahumadores Santo Carbón has active at the time of your order. The following may be available:

• Online payment through Wompi or Mercado Pago. The customer chooses an available payment gateway, and their card details are processed by that gateway; the store does not see them.
• Ordering through WhatsApp.
• Requesting a quote.
• Cash on delivery, currently only in Medellín.

Before completing an online purchase, you will be able to review the order, products, prices, and total. Acceptance of the transaction must be explicit.

You will receive email updates about changes to your order status: received, confirmed, being prepared, shipped with a tracking number, and delivered.

You will also have a private link to track your order. Receipt of a request or order does not change the consumer's legal rights or constitute a promise that differs from the confirmed terms.

We ship only within Colombia, and shipping is currently free. We work with shipping carriers, so dispatch and delivery are subject to their operating conditions.

Order preparation takes one (1) business day. See the Shipping Policy for dispatch hours, delivery conditions, carriers, and tracking.

Exchanges, returns, the right of withdrawal, payment reversal, and the statutory warranty are governed by the Exchanges, Returns, and Withdrawal Policy and applicable Colombian regulations. No commercial terms limit the consumer's legal rights.

If the product is damaged, our store has 3 business days to collect and perform maintenance on the barrel smoker, plus one week to deliver your product back to you.

This operational rule applies without prejudice to the statutory warranty and the rights to which the consumer is entitled.

The electronic invoice is issued directly by SANTO CARBON AHUMADORES SAS. An identification document is optional during the purchase process and is requested when required for electronic invoicing.

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. You can learn what data we process, what we use it for, and how to exercise your rights in that policy.

You may not use the site for purposes that are illegal, fraudulent, compromise its security, or harm Ahumadores Santo Carbón, other users, or third parties.
